Windows 7 Win 7 Enterprise, cannot set Region

I have installed Windows 7 Enterprise. I cannot set the region to Australia, Darwin. The dialog goes crazy and will scroll to Zimbabwe!

I use diaog to find Australia and the dialog takes over and drops the list back to Z.

I have not installed any applications.

Aagh!

Any ideas?

Solved!

Problem was logitech vista driver. Changed to usb mouse no problems! It is a case of waiting for Logitech windows 7 drivers. Windows 7 faultless so far!
