I have so bad English, but please help me!
While I was instaling win7, it ask me to create a user accaunt, and I did that. Later, when I was in windows I've created an 2. user accounts, so I've gone in that account, but when I open some window(I don't know, I click start and computer) I can't close, resize or minimize that window, I can just close him from taskbar...I deleted that acc, and created a new one, but there was a same problem, and I repeat in the admin acc(the first one) everything with window works normal, so please help me, it's emergency...
