I have an older PC which I keep for test purposes and it has stopped booting. Specs are:
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3r Mobo
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD
Nvidia GeForce GT120 video card
16GB ram
Windows 10 home 64 bit
When I try to boot, it goes through normal startup sequence, Windows Logo appears, throbber spins and when it stops, the monitor goes black and then says No Signal.
After this, the disk activity LED continues to flash indicating there is something going on in the PC but not getting to the monitor

The problem has been solved. It was a faulty video cable and replacing it fixed the no-boot problem
