Windows 7 Windows 7 installer problem

Hi guys

I just downloaded a Windows 7 x64 from a torrent site but it has been modified and a activator was inserted. Now my question is how do I fix the installer and remove the modified boot loader / patch?

I'd download a more reliable build (sans activator) or wait two weeks and get the real thing. I wouldn't venture a guess on what you have and how to uninstall it.
