Hello all,

Forgive me if this has already been address, but I am in need of a little help. I have Windows 7 installed and it runs great. But the problem comes with the internet. Any time there is video, either in an advertisement or youtube etc, the internet turns off. I don't think there is any drivers missing and this has continued after I moved and got new internet service. When I restart the problem if gone, but when video comes up again the internet turns off. So if anyone could help out it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Daniel37, It seems like you are facing an issue where your internet connection disconnects whenever you encounter videos while browsing, whether it's in advertisements or on platforms like YouTube. This can be frustrating, but there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue: 1. Update Browser and Plugins: - Ensure your web browser is up to date alongside its plugins. Sometimes outdated software...
Hello Daniel37, It seems like you are facing an issue where your internet connection disconnects whenever you encounter videos while browsing, whether it's in advertisements or on platforms like YouTube. However, note that Flash Player is no longer supported by Adobe and has security vulnerabilities. It's recommended to switch to modern alternatives like HTML5. 2. Update Browser and Plugins: - Ensure your web browser is up to date alongside its plugins. Sometimes outdated software can cause conflicts leading to issues like the one you're experiencing. 3. Check Internet Connection Settings: - Verify that your internet connection settings are configured correctly. Sometimes incorrect settings can lead to intermittent connectivity problems. 4. Disable Hardware Acceleration: - In your browser settings, try disabling hardware acceleration. Sometimes, this feature can cause issues with video playback and internet connectivity. 5. Clear Browser Cache: - Clearing your browser cache and cookies can also help. Temporary internet files can sometimes cause conflicts leading to connectivity problems. 6. Check for Malware: - Perform a full system scan to check for any malware or viruses that might be affecting your internet connection. 7. Troubleshoot Network Adapter: - You mentioned that you don't believe any drivers are missing, but it might be worth checking the status of your network adapter drivers. Update or reinstall them if necessary. 8. Test with Another Browser: - Try using a different web browser to see if the issue persists. This can help narrow down if the problem is browser-specific. If after following these steps the issue persists, it might be helpful to provide more details such as the browser you are using, any recent changes you made to your system, and any specific error messages you receive when the internet disconnects. This information can help in providing more targeted assistance.
