Windows 7 Windows 7 programs jumping, can any1 help.

I am having trouble with my programs being jittery when started and not running correctly. This problem seemed to have started when i had to forcefully remove a Duit Engine and a Toolbar (dont know if it has messed with reg. files). This problem usually only happened when i played a film it would play for ten mins then go all jumpy and make the other programs do the same. Now it is happening all the time, would really appreciate some help as i dont want to wipe the comp.thanks

Download and run CCleaner, Malewarebytes, Defraggler, and SuperAntiSpyware.
If that doesn't solve you problems then you can go from there.

It would help if you would post your computer specs.

Hi i am new to win7 but what i would do first is check if your CPU use is say at 100% when this is happening, if it is, open task manager (ctrl-alt-delete at the same time) and see if a program is using a lot of CPU.
I had this 1 or 2 times with XP , 1 time it was some free anti virus software, PC doctor i think and even when it was not scanning it was using 100% CPU so the computer was slow and lagging when i kill it in task manager all back to normal, so i get rid of PCdoctor hope this help
