Windows 7 Windows 7 Setting.Forgot how to do this again....HELP Please

When I was using Windows Vista X64 I used to do a setting that I liked very much but have windows 7 x64 bit now and I have forgotten how to do this setting again.

Help Please. I'll try my best to explain what I'm talking about and maybe someone could help me do this setting again.

Here it is, It's pretty easy I would think. I used to be able to go some hwre in windows and tell windows how many CPU'S to use and now I can't ermember where and how to do this again.

PLEASE help me and maybe this time I'll write this down so I won't for get how to do this again.

Thanks.

Mike
