I am having several random BSOD. Mostly after login screen or just before.
I have tried everything to solve this. And I am pretty sure that I have all my drivers up-to date.
I am running Windows 7 64-bit ultimate, on a 3 months old computer.

>> info from latest crash, from BluescreenViewer:

////////My Mouse and Keyboard, which are the only 2 usb devices that are plugged into my computer, are in 3.0 ports.. And there are no warnings/problems in device manager, under universal serial bus controllers..

HELP IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!! :)

It seems like you're experiencing BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) crashes, particularly related to a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER error. This issue could be caused by problems with USB drivers or the USB hardware itself. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update USB Drivers:
    • Even if you believe your drivers are up to date, it's worth manually checking and updating the USB drivers. Visit your motherboard or computer manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers for USB controllers.
    []Check USB Devices:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update USB Drivers:
    • Even if you believe your drivers are up to date, it's worth manually checking and updating the USB drivers. Visit your motherboard or computer manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers for USB controllers.
    []Check USB Devices:
    • Since the crash seems to be related to USB, ensure that both your mouse and keyboard are functioning properly. Try using different USB ports (preferably USB 2.0) to see if the issue persists.
    [
    ]Disconnect Devices:
    • Temporarily disconnect all USB devices except for essential ones like your mouse and keyboard. See if the crashes still occur with only these devices connected.
    []Power Management:
    • Disable USB selective suspend settings:
      • Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings.
      • Expand USB settings and set "USB selective suspend setting" to "Disabled".
    [
    ]Windows Update:
    • Ensure your Windows 7 system is fully updated through Windows Update. Sometimes, critical updates can resolve such issues.
    []Check for Hardware Issues:
    • There might be a hardware issue with the USB ports or the devices themselves. Try using a different mouse and keyboard to rule out potential hardware problems.
    [
    ]System File Checker (SFC):
    • Run an SFC scan to check for and repair any corrupted system files:
      • Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type: sfc /scannow. Once you've tried these steps, monitor your system to see if the issue persists. If the BSOD crashes continue, it might be beneficial to analyze more crash dump files or seek further assistance for a more in-depth investigation. If you encounter any specific error messages or new developments, feel free to share them for further assistance.
