Windows 8 Windows 8 Welcome screen and Shut Down!!??

Hello,
Where is the welcome sound of the Windows start and Windows Shut Down?
No sounds this time in Windows 8?

The startup sound is a separate check box just under the Program Events Sounds selection box.
No shut down sound so far that I can find.

Oh but where is that Program Events Sounds selection box?

Same place as always.
Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->Sounds->Sounds Tab (Control Panel View by: Small Icons)
or
Windows 8 CP Desktop (from metro Win Logo Key + D)
right click and choose "Personalize"
and then select the Sounds Icon along the bottom
