Windows action center on my computer has a message that won't go away:
"Windows could not check for updates automatically."
Other than this message, everything in Windows Update seems fine, especially the fact that it's updating automatically without a problem. Also, whenever I click the message, all that happens is the computer checks for updates, but the message remains. How do I get rid of it?

As suggested by BBJ!
. Nice working with you my friend! Team work is always good!
On the 4 tech forums I volunteer on, including this one, I see that all the time. I think you mentioned the other day in regard to a significant delay from OP in answering one of your posts, that you felt like you had more interest in fixing the guy's problem than the OP did!!!
I've been saying that for years. In fact, I've gotten scolded for pinging some of these guys that post their message with a "...URGENT, LIFE-THREATENING, MUST HAVE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE", and then you don't hear back from them for like a year
