Windows 7 Windows Explorer crashes whenever I enter a partition through My Computer

Hello.
I have a problem with my Windows 7 RC1 and it's very very annoying.
The problem is that whenever I enter My Computer and then double click on C:\ or D:\ or whatever, Windows Explorer crashes.

If i'll navigate to a certain folder in the D:\ or C:\ partition through the navigation line on the top , then it will crash too..

I really don't know whats the problem. I even recorded my steps using the Problem Steps Recorder tool in Windows 7 and I uploaded the document.

Did this start from the day you first installed?

Try looking in Event Viewer under the Applications and look up the ID on the Internet?

Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit an is it the official RC from Microsoft?

Also, was it a "clean" install?

it didn't start from the 1st day...

and I didn't look for the ID so thank you i'll try that

It was a clean install , and I'm using the 32-bit version.

My hardware is (if necessary):

AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual-Core 5200+ 2.6Ghz
GeForce 8600GTS
2.00GB of RAM

Did you install new software or make any other changes to the OS?

If it wasn't that long ago, you could also use System restore to go back to a later date.

Look under Windows Update history and see if you have two updates for IE8
