Windows 7 windows has detected another homegroup

i have lost connection to my home group getting a message that windows has detected another homegroup on my network

and this is causing your system to Blue screen?

does the other Homegroup that Windows detects look like one of your other computers | phones or is it the guy living next door?

i did not know i had another homegroup until my wireless printer quit working
