Windows 10 Windows Hello isn't available on this device

I went to switch up the Windows Hello but i saw this " Windows Hello isn't available on This Device "
At first ; my notebook has been updated to the last version of Win 10 x64 !!
Anyone has any solution???

Switch it from WHAT to WHAT? Password to Pin? Password to Gesture Swipe? can you please be more specific. And what make/model of computer do you have.
