Windows 10 Windows install on new drive

Unfortunately it’s for Win7. Had this pc for years. Same pc I bought 10 years ago just changed mb (twice), HD, cpu (twice) ;-)

Same as above but for Win 7:

Under OEM, licence is broken if:

Motherboard changed once

Or

CPU changed twice.

Give the above the try but it does look like your licence could well be borked.

According to MS the licence is no go anymore. I have bought a win10 CD.

I thought it was perhaps a no go with your current one especially after all the changes.

Any problems please post back and good luck with the new install.

Took the opportunity to also buy an upgrade laptop as well
