I have an HTC Touch Diamond phone that I would like to do a hard boot on to reset it to its original settings. I downloaded and install Windows Mobile Device Center but cant find any information as to how to move my contacts (people and phone numbers) to my computer. I don't care about outlook and my stored email addresses. I want to save my contacts so that I can reinstall them after I hard boot the phone.

]Export Contacts from Windows Mobile Device Center:
    • In Windows Mobile Device Center, there should be an option to export or save contacts to a file on your computer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to export your contacts to a location on your computer where you can easily access them.

      Important Notes:

      • Make sure to check the exact steps in Windows Mobile Device Center as the interface may slightly differ based on the version you have installed.
      • Verify that the exported contacts file contains all the necessary contact information before proceeding with the hard reset on your HTC Touch Diamond phone.
After you have successfully exported your contacts, you can proceed with the hard reset on your phone. Once you have reset the device to its original settings, you can then import the contacts back into your phone using the same method in Windows Mobile Device Center. Performing these steps should help you backup and restore your contacts efficiently. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to ask for further assistance!
