Does anyone know of a way to tweak jump lists, so that instead of disabling them system wide, you can just disable them for specific programs? For example, I would like to turn off jump lists for IE and Notepad, but leave the jump lists for RDC and VPC enabled.

Is there a way to do this?

I do not believe there is a way to accomplish what you want. I'm fairly certain that its an all or nothing task.
