Hello and welcome to the forum.
While I will not be able to help much with respect to your actual problem, you should know that there are a few things that will be needed from you in order for someone to actually follow up with your post.

First make sure your machine is configured properly to facilitate the collection of .dmp files.

Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter

Click on the Advanced tab

Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button

Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked

Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box

Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be
found later.

Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.

And you've double posted your problem. Hopefully one of the staff members will be along shortly to clean up that issue.

Hi,
please follow Trouble's excellent advice. We need to see an actual dump file in order to debug.

I've also merged your posts to save confusion.

Does this thread really need a poll to attract attention to it?

Hi,
it looks like your GPU driver may have been the culprit as both dump files you sent were the same.

Try uninstalling your GPU driver using this application:

That will remove any old bits of driver left lying around. Re-install latest version:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

BiosVersion = AC3F1020
BiosReleaseDate = 02/23/2011
Your Bios has updates too. Please make sure I have the correct motherboard:
