Windows 10 Audio and network issue on my windows 10 computer that I sort of fixed?

I had this really strange issue with my computer this morning, the audio and network weren't working. In addition to that, I couldn't even see the network status on the taskbar.

I went to services and almost all of them were disabled. I looked for ones that said network and ones that said audio and enabled them. This fixed the audio, not the network. I looked for solutions online, most said to reinstall windows and I don't have a windows disk. Others said to use system restore which also didn't work, and I looked up a solution for that and it said to enable something in services(shadow play or something I forget).

I figured it was strange that 99% of them were disabled so I changed every single service to automatic, made sure they were running and that fixed the issue with my internet. However, it still doesn't appear on the taskbar. I tried going to personalize, choose what's on the taskbar and network was on but it still doesn't appear there. That's a minor issue though...

What I'm really wondering is now that I've enabled EVERYTHING on services my ram usage is at 3GB with nothing open, so which services can I disable because I have no idea which ones I need for the most part. I suppose 3GB isn't too bad, but I'm hoping it doesn't effect gaming because I have a gaming PC with only 8gb ram. I can also assume that there are things I've enabled that I PROBABLY don't want enabled.

Also, why did this happen so randomly in the first place? I just booted up my PC in the morning and had these issues.
