Hello,

I bought this computer to play games, and whenever I play MMORPG like Tera, Final Fantasy XIV, etc I get this crackling sound randomly causing 1 fps then message saying nvidia kernel mode driver has crashed and recovered successfully. I researched a lot in the internet, and I tried everything that was posted online. Nothing helped. Support & help in specific games didn't resolve the issue as well so i came here.

I tried
- uninstalling/reinstalling almost all drivers to most recent(even tried older one)-gpu,sound,etc
-most recent directx,c++,.net,flash,java, etc
-went to bios setup disabled cpu speed thing
-change power option to maximum

I have uploaded dxdiag. Please let me know what I need to upload to fix this issue.. Thank you very much!

Just a test: try playing in stereo, or even mono. And, if it's a new computer, you could use the warranty.
