📎 AI Summary:
The thread discusses creating bootable media for Windows 10 recovery. The original poster asks if a bootable DVD is possible to restore Windows in case of a crash. I need some type of bootable media to get back to Windows 10 Boot drive, in case of crash? Is a bootable dvd possible, and how would that be accomplished.

Solution
Hi

I'd just like to suggest that you download EaseUS TODO backup, or the software of your choice, and use it to make a system image of your C:\ drive.

TODO, will create a bootable DVD or CD that will boot your computer into the recovery program, so that your OS can be restored in the event that all else fails.

You will have to save the backup on a drive or in a partition that's not drive C:\!!!

This software is super easy to use and it's Free!

I've used this for several years and it's always worded for my in Windows 8 and 10.

You can get the Windows 10 ISO here...

Link Removed

Follow the instructions and select create bootable media (or something like that), don't start the update process again.
