hello 1 hour ago i was get a class not registered error from explorer.exe when i trying open windows and didnt anything is working, i was cant opening the task bar or anything, pc frozed but mouse cursor was can still moving, problem was fixed by restarting system, my problem was fixed but why i got that error? all my drivers and windows version are up-to-date. i was tested my ssd (256gb) with HD TUNE PRO but program not found a error. laptop hp da2002nt thanks.

Boot into safe mode and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't it's likely due to something you recently installed.
