The shortcut is not opening.
A message appears that "The item 'xxxxx.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly."

Kindly provide a fix to this issue.

To which program exe file are you referring. Do you know where it is stored, if so then navigate to it, right click on it and select send to desktop to create a new shortcut. You may then delete the old shortcut.
