I am having very high ram usage and unable to download any windows updates. I checked the processes and
svchost.EXE is running at over 1,400,000k when I check the services running under it they are:
ProfSvc
MMCSS
LanmanServer
iphlpsvc
gpsvc
Bits
AeLookupSvc

This has been going on for a very long time like a couple months I have tried reinstalling windows recently and still no fix. I can stop the service through the services.msc and change background intelligent and windows update and I will get my ram back but when I restart the services the problem comes back and I cannot update windows. any ideas how to fix?
