Windows 7 How do I underline hotkeys in context menus?

Used to be able to do that with WinXP from customizing the display properties. Just switched over to a few days ago and still can't find that setting anywhere.

Please help.

Have you checked the Control Panel for Ease of Access and the Make keyboard easier to use options?
