Looks more like a roblem with the modem/router than the wireless adapter. Is your pc showing as "connected" to the router?

Has the router previously worked but now stopped or is it a new one?

Go to programs, accessories, command prompt, run it and enter the following command:

ipconfig /all

SPost the output on here and we can help analyse the problem better.

Sometimes just unplugging the modem/router from the AC outlet for one minute and then plugging it back in will do the trick.
