This is rather worrying, today Malwarebytes finds a Trojan called Sathurbot however, when the computer reboots after cleaning, it's back in the icons folder.
Malware scan detects Trojan.Sathurbot in IconsCacheHelper.dll, with no Google search results for it.

also google isn't aware of it's existence:
Malware scan detects Trojan.Sathurbot in IconsCacheHelper.dll, with no Google search results for it.

Can anyone shed any light on this, much appreciated.

Your first screen shot show's it as quarantined and is still there. You have to delete it....by clicking "apply actions" green button.

Now run AdwCleaner, JRT, Ccleaner, Norton Power Eraser and Eset online scanner.....all are free.

I did that but it still came back when rebooted, that screenshot was before I did further actions. Already have Ccleaner.
Thanks, will try the others.

This file keeps coming back after I delete it, it's rather worrying. At the moment I can't delete it manually. Could it be a false flag as antivir doesn't recognise it as a virus? It also seems odd that when I search google for IconsCacheHelper I get nothing.
