Every time I click on my browser to go to my home page, IE Technical Preview also opens in another tab.
How to I stop it. Never had this problem in the past.

I had the same thing...but for me but this new build release was to buggy and coupled with the driver reinstall issues with build 9926, I just went back to 8.1 for now.

Ignore this post. For the last twenty minutes I was having a fit with it. Just now I closed my browser and everything is fine. I do not know what happened. Sorry for this.

I am incline to the sane thoughts. imho. 10041 is a downgrade fr 9926.
