I have this problem which when i plug in the ethernet cable to my ethernet port it doesnt get connected, i had this problem since windows 7, i ve removed drivers by mistake and right now after i have upgraded to windows 10 hopping that it will be fixed automatically it didnt,i ve tryed install Realtek lan driver but it says( realtek doesnt detect lan driver card, if it in deep sleep mode,please turn it on)

The only place to get them is from the manufacturers site. There may not be updated ones yet. In that case you will have to wait or contact them to see if there will be any new ones. Depending on the age of the PC they may opt to not provide updated drivers.

yes in fact i have tried to install realtek local area connection driver but when it finish install it say ( the realtek network controller was not found. if deep sleep mode is enable please plug in the cable)

If you have not tried yet you could try defaulting the BIOS, might help.

Also updating the MB drivers
