Windows 7 Monitor refresh rates problem

My monitor is SyncMaster 793DF(Samsung). Problem is : I can't see my current refresh rates only I can see the "default setting " . I want to see my current refresh rates and change it ?

Click the "advanced" settings, showing in your picture, and then the Monitor Tab. Of interest, I can see, peeping out of the corner, that it is using the standard Vga adapter. Is that the best the graphics card can squeeze?
