My laptop is now running low on memory and it is really slowing down especially its boot time.

Im following this process on reinstalling Windows 10 via USB flash drive in my laptop.

But here's the problem. I had this current version of windows 10 as a free upgrade and I had no serial key numbers needed. But the process requires a serial number. I am aware that I could skip the process on entering my serial number but I'd hate to use the laptop running on an "unauthentic" version of windows 10.

Please help me. Thanks!

You either need to enter the old Windows 7,8,8.1 product key or if you use a MS account to login just skip and login and it will activate on it's own.
