I have a desktop and a laptop that I have reinstalled Windows 10 Pro on and set the folders to sharing with "Everyone" read/write and network discovery is turned on and basically same setting in my other older computers running the same windows 10 Pro. I look at network in either one of my computers and can see the computers with the older installs but not the newer installs. The settings from new to old look identical. Any ideas?

Solution
Make sure both Function Discovery services are enabled, a firewall is not blocking the traffic and the computers are in the same workgroup.
