Hello all

I keep my work files on a USB stick that is attached to my laptop. Several times a day a window pops up, showing me the content of the drive, as i had just connected it.

Why is this happening? It's a new laptop. Yes, i could turn off autoplay to "not do anything" when a pendrive is connected.

Never had this in Windows 7.

Probably a loose contact on your usb stick… In fact, I some times see the same behavior on my Nvidia Shield Pro which has an external hdd connected permanently. This happens usually only when I wake up the device to watch something. I suppose that the cause is just a loose contact, despite the fact that in my case I do not touch not the external hdd, nor the Nvidia device.
