(Im using Vista basic home 32bit)
Ok Im kind of freaking out. You know how you go to your control panel and you can get to a place where you change the color/hue of your taskbar and the top bar of all your windows? I cant find it anymore! It's nowhere in the control panel that I can see and the top part of my windows are just normal solid colors, not that strange wave design as before! How can I correct this? I hate reinstalling vista, is there another option? :(

right click the desktop, click on personalize.
options there to customize

no thats what my problem is, it's NOT there :( Theres no way to get to the barcolor changer, it's just gone. Also, when I click on the option to have shadows under the windows, the shadows dont appear. Im restarted my computer and everything, it wont work.
