I have a custom built desktop running Windows Technical Preview right now. I was currently running 8.1. On both 8.1 and Technical Preview, I was seeing this icon on the lock screen whenever booting up my computer:

The icon I'm talking about is the one to the right. It usually has a red 'x' over it. You would think this would have something to do with the computer's battery, but I have a desktop... Any information would be great guys thank you.

Your battery is low... it is a known bug of the current windows 10 beta.

There is not fix... Just ignore it.
