For about a week now I have been assailed frequently by the window shown in the attachment. Note: I can't see the attachment in preview, so I don't know if it will be seen by you. At the top, the window has "Top Apps".

I don't recall agreeing to have this thing, and I don't want it. It pops up all the time for no reason that I can discern, and
disrupts my work. I am running Win 10 64bit.

So how can I get rid of it?

It's just part of Cortana. There is no way to disable it at present.
