Hello. So I was just downloading windows 10 and my PC restarted. And now every time after the computer boots up my screen goes black and I can only see the mouse. Can anyone help?

Hello. I have the same issue and have a 'temporary' solution. The problem here is that it shows a black screen after logging into my account. When it does, open task manager (CTRL+L-SHIFT+ESC). On the left top it says file, press on it. Then chose to run a task (or something like it). In the box type: explorer.exe (Don't forget to check the box under it for admin privileges!!!!) then chose run or press enter and wait.... Took a minute here since it needs to load the desktop so be patient! If it doesn't work for you or you don;y even have a mouse pointer, you might be dealing with a bad graphics driver. Good luck!

I have the exact same problem. It boots up every time and the mouse flickers and you can't reach the desktop, correct
