Hi
My friend just called and said that his Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't open.
It says Loading and just sits there but never actually opens the main window where you select the game you want to play.
Later when he shuts down his computer he gets a message that say he has an open program that needs to close and has to say to Shut Down Anyway.
My first thought was to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I wondered if anyone else has an easier suggestion.
I just tried it on my computer for the first time (I still run the old Microsoft games from Windows 7) and it opened and worked fine.
He did say that they were working previously, since he upgraded to 10.
