Now using Windows 10 with the updates and iTunes12. This will not recognise my iPad, so cannot synch nor backup.

I have tried everything that I have so far found on the Apple store, which by the way doesn't even mention Windows 10, but still no good.

Computer does recognise, and I have iPad trusting it.

iTunes is at v 12, which was installed just prior to upgrading to Windows 10. Is it possible to uninstall, download 11, which worked OK under Windows 7, and install ?

Can anyone help ?

By the way, my CD was not recognised, but I downloaded a registry edit program and now it does work fine.

The only issue I had was iTunes said my computer was authorized. Reauthorized and and everything was fine.
