Windows 10 decided to download itself on its own fine I thought and left it to get on with some other jobs came back and found a message saying that windows 10 was installed and would I download an update so the update started and I went back to the job I started. Came back to the computer and found a black screen with the cursor in white. Nothing was happening so did Ctrl,alt,delete got to my log in page which said windows 7 so I logged in the welcome screen came up and then disappeared leaving me with a black screen and a white cursor managed to start up in safe mode and did system restore which did'nt work so i now have a computer that don't work. Any ideas, I'm lucky I have an I pad
