I backed up my iPhone to my Windows PC and used it to restore my iPhone a few days later. I then had to erase my phone once again for a screen repair. When I wanted to restore it again -my iTunes said that there are no back ups. But if I check my PC I can see the backup on my hard drive. It just isn't linking it to my iTunes.
I have the latest updates of Windows and IOS.
I contacted Apple Support and they said I should contact Microsoft.
I did but we got disconnected and now it is past their agent call times.
