Hello, my laptop is 2 days old and I went to do a windows update which I had to do and just says 'failure configuring windows features. reverting changes, don't not turn off computer' this also is happening with my other laptop I think it's a bit of a joke that it doesn't work on a brand new laptop..

My Hp desktop with Windows 8, purchased in June 2013 had similar issues. The Windows update was broken right out of the box.

My Hp desktop with Windows 8, purchased in June 2013 had similar issues. The Windows update was broken right out of the box.
