Hello
I notice with Win 8.1 I have some new additions in my firewall called WI-FI network discovery + other similar terms.
I also just got an optional Windows update called wireless router module.
Should I allow or hide the update and why am i getting these firewall wirelss entries. I I need them should they be checked as private or public?
Thank you
Peter

Hi Peterr,
was the update a new driver?
As for the Wifi discovery stuff I'd just leave it alone unless there's something specific need doing.

To my knowledge there is no new driver. However, I used my network for my phone. I think I have done that before.
I will leave it all unchecked and thank you.
