I have two e-mail accounts that I use with Outlook 2010. When Outlook opens, both appear in the Navigation Pane but the the Inbox for one is not expanded, and there is no receiving communication with it until I click on the Inbox and expand it. How do I correct that?

Solution
Try opening options from the outlook file menu and adjusting your send and receive settings under the advanced options to include the all accounts group or perhaps add the second account. See attachment

Ha, Ha. Yes but it is a question of what happens automatically when I open Outlook. It is set to do a Send/Receive on startup but it only does it with one account.
