This past weekend I upgraded to Version 1607, OS Build 14393.187, the anniversary build, and the snipping tool is saving files to my desktop, where I want them saved, but they are hidden. This problem occurred a few months ago after a clean reinstall--I don't remember how I solved it, but F5 made the saved snipping tool files appear. This time, F5 doesn't work. The files don't appear on the desktop, but in File Explorer, they are there. Anyone have a solution to this problem--again? Thanks.

I'm not sure what happened, maybe clearing all the junk files, maybe a restart, but the problem is solved. Thanks.
