Hi All

I've just converted from Windows 7 to 8.1 and I'm having an Issue using Office 2010. In the last couple of days when I start Outlook or try to delete an email it's very slow. I see a message on screen saying that outlook is contacting google-analytics then that outlook is contacting googletagmanager

It's increadibly annoying and smeels of a trojan or virus to me but AVG seems to find no issues.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Jim

Check out POP3 and outlook version is compatible with window 8.1 version. To upgrade from Windows 7 directly to Windows 8.1, you don’t have the option to keep your desktop applications. You can however first do an in-place upgrade to Windows 8 and then install the free upgrade to Windows 8.1.
