Hello.
Just got a new computer with Windows 7 on it. Love it so far, but one small problem. I like to have my "Recycle Bin" right up next to my task bar, in the lower right hand side. I always had it there in XP, but in 7 it won't go any closer then about an inch & a half above my task bar. Is there a setting or a "Tweak" program that would let me move it where I want it?
