Have lost MBR or similar since installing W7 on one HDD. Can't get bcdedit to run, opens then closes. How do I recover, create or edit MBR with W7, please?

!. Boot up on your Windows 7 DVD and select option to repair start. or
2. Download, if able, and run EasyBcd, which will give you editing options to restore the MBR
