Hello !
I can't install the windows 10 from a USB. I have windows 7 that works fine, and I want to install windows 10 on this laptop.
This is what I get. It is like an error and it's freeze.

Can someone help me?

Make sure you have a valid win10 image. If you do it could be corrupt. If not corrupt cloud be a defective USB dongle.

I downloaded the windows from the official website. I made the image two times directly on USB and then I tried again with another USB. Same result.

If you can image your drive and then try an install with formatting of the drive. If that fails you should be able to just restore the image and at least be back where you were.

Make sure your desktop motherboard or laptop is supported windows 10 drivers , if not means windows 10 won't install.
