I have a problem with the remote connection, it doesn't work. I found an article detailing the most common causes and solutions 6 Tips to Resolve Problems with Remote Desktop, but apparently I have something else.
I have Windows 10, I checked the settings, IP addresses. What else the reason might be?
I will be very grateful for any help!

It is quite basic to use. Only things I can say, probably already read in the article:
1. Correct name for the computer you are trying to access
2. Correct log in and password for same.

I guess you have worked through this panel?
