I've forgotten my windows 7 password to the admin account and so now I'm using Offline NT & Registry Editor to try and reset it.
I keep getting stuck on step TWO: Select PATH and registry files.
The default is not working and I have no idea what else to try, thanks in advance :frown:
All the drives are shared but I can't open anything on the other computer and I have all drives shared for everyone with the right names and it says I don't have permission.
I have two computers running Windows 7 and both belong to a Homegroup. From one computer I can access both computers and from the other I can’t access the other. It say's I don't have permission but I gave it everyone permission when I shared it. I can’t figure out why?

When i go to set permissions to a folder that i had set up to accept edit and everything before i did a system dump im no longer allowed to edit this folder.
